The staff in reception were extremely helpful with suggestions and local phone calls to check availability
I had to change rooms for a leaky toilet that made a lot of noise. It was comical; they sent up a maid to show me how to properly use a toilet when there was no water pressure! Both rooms smelled a little like smoke, but they were very clean.

Located within a short walk to both the bus station and downtown, this hotel was convenient for exploring the area. the room was clean and comfortable, with a decent size bathroom and good shower pressure. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including ham, cheese, and toast. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the laundry service was great value for money. a good option for those looking for a base to explore the city.
The hotel decor did appear dated and in need of an update.

Secondly, the hotel offered great value for money, providing quality service and accommodations at a reasonable cost. The staff was friendly and bilingual, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with aesthetic paintings adding to the overall ambiance. Plus, the included breakfast was a great way to start the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was impeccable. Nothing fell short of my expectations.

The breakfast offered in the hotel was decent enough to start our day and the location was convenient for exploring the city center. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel had doormen to ensure our safety.
The hotel was definitely overpriced for the quality of the amenities offered. The decor was outdated and the windows were sliding, making it easy for anyone to enter the room.
